and quality of care at Mount Anthony Primary Care in Bennington, Vermont.
Northeast MPM now does all the practice’s insurance billing, follow-up, and denials management. “They took all the messy part of billing away,” says office manager Bonnie Krawczyk-Tripp.
“All the practice has to do is document patient visits in its electronic health record system. The EHR assists with coding and improves charge and capture,” she says. “There were definitely things we were missing when someone forgot to circle a charge on a paper form.”
Proof of how well the Northeast NMPM system works is cutting the practices’s A/R from 45-60 days in half to 30 days or less. “You can’t ask for better than that,” says Krawczyk-Tripp.
